The Perfect Time To Start Your Fitness Journey

I don’t know the number of times I’ve heard people say they’ve been wanting to focus on their health and fitness goals, but [insert excuse] got in the way.


Do any of these phrases sound familiar?


“When things are less busy”

“When I get a different job”

“When the kids are back in school”


Tomorrow. Next week. Never.


There will never be some magic moment where the universe comes together and the stars align for you to finally start working towards your health and fitness goals. There will always be obstacles. Work, kids, travel, social life - Something will always get in the way... IF YOU LET IT GET IN THE WAY.


Stop waiting for the “perfect time”. NOW is as good a time as any. Stop allowing excuses to keep you from growing, thriving and being who you know you have the potential to be. 

Instead of saying “I don’t have time to commit to an exercise and nutrition program right now”, try saying “My health and fitness are not a priority for me” and see how that feels.
